In April, when Makarand (Mak) Teje became CEO of AppLabs, the world’s largest independent software testing and quality management firm, his priorities were clear: He wanted to strengthen client relationships in the U.S. and Europe. Teje also wanted to find ways to increase revenues from million to 0 million. In a slowing global economy, what strategies will AppLabs adopt to reach its ambitious goals? Teje discussed that question and more in an interview with India Knowledge@Wharton.
