		<description>The waterfall model is indeed seductive. However what seems to be missing is any kind of feedback from the business. Users will not be able to describe all the things they need. Analysts will make mistakes in the requirements, mistakes will be made in design, and bugs will be introduced in development. The picture of software development in this video will ultimately not succeed. It is does not take into account modern understandings of software processes.</description>
